On the 27th of September the impressive Noordbrabants Museum was the stage for the very first edition of the BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Partner event (Technology Solutions), an event to bring partners and BNP Paribas Leasing solutions employees closer together.
Earlier this year The Noordbrabants Museum was the centre of the Jheronimus Bosch 500 exhibition. The first guest speaker (Pauline Berendsen) gave us a short and inspiring glimpse into the world of Jeroen Bosch. After an introduction of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Netherlands by Jochem Verhoeven (Business unit manager), and some interesting results of the partner satisfaction survey the interactive part of the day started.
Karl Raats (guest speaker) started off with some small interactive assignments to find the inner creativity and to think out of the box. His talk gave the right creative mind-set to enter the two break-out sessions. Partners got the chance to speak out their ideas and ask their questions on topics like; easy to deal with, compliance and corporate social responsibility.
After the grand announcement of the Q4 bonus there was time for socializing and drinks, guided by a DJ in the museum garden. During the drink front- and back office employees took the chance to speak with partners they often speak to via e-mail or telephone.
Partners and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions both agreed that the event was a great success and should return in 2017.
